These are sound, solid and well-designed outdoor chairs. Since they were recently received, and Spring has yet to come any comment regarding longevity or how they hold up to weather cannot be made yet. However, you can tell by how sturdy the base material is and precise engineered design these should last a long-long time. They are NOT the traditional low setting Adirondak style and sit a little higher, which is welcomed and one reason why we purchased these. Assemble by one person is quite doable - I suggest substituting supplied allen wrench & small wrench with an allen bit with electric screwdriver and wrench with a socket wrench for easier assembly (But that is not imperative) Over-all this is a very high end product and worth the money paid. ... show more

These chairs are really nice! I got two of them and put them together over about an hour. They are super sturdy and the color is great. I wish they leaned all the way back but that is set in place. The foot rest can be adjusted however. Nice quality and easy enough to assemble.
