Excellent little walking/jogging pad! Smooth, quiet operation. Easy to use controls. Very little assembly. Literally take it out of the box, screw on one knob, plug it in and you're ready to go! Lightweight too, so if you want to slide it under your bed or fold it up along the wall, you're not gonna need a lifting spotter to help yuh. Plus it has really cool features like being able to set mileage, calorie and timer goals so you can get on and walk/jog without thinking. The treadmill will automatically shut down once you reach that goal (it beeps and slowly powers down to standing still before off - no sudden stops). Only docking 1 star because of the controls. Here me out:...... Top of the T-Handle bar has simple controls. On/Off plus quick speed adjustments of 2 - 4 - 6 mph. The remote control is how you access those timer/mileage/calorie goal settings. Here's the kicker though, there's no spot for the controller to attach to the main treadmill, so if you lose the hand held controller, then you are out of luck on setting any time/distance/calorie goals. You're down to the simple "on/off, fast or slow" functions only. All that said, we really like this walk/jog treadmill. Doesn't incline but still gives a great flat level workout. Toss on a show, set your timer goal and mindlessly walk/jog off that dessert. Or better yet,... jog first and then EARN tonight's dessert! That's how I'd do it ;-) Great little find! Ready to use right out of the box, plugged in and ready to go. Very quiet and comfortable, I can workout while I work, folds for storage, I can watch videos while I workout, and works with a standing desk. Overall great value for money.

This is a great little treadmill. Even though I've only just used it, I find it easier to use with the handle in the up position. Installation is simple and thin enough for easy storage. I can achieve my exercise goals every day!

    • Quiet, brushless motor, can go 6.2 mph, and you don't need an app
This is just about the perfect treadmill, at least for me. So many of them rely on a phone app for at least some functions. and I don't need or want another app on my phone. This treadmill is simple yet effective. Controls are all convenient, it can do walking pace or running, and it is so quiet. Best feature is the brushless motor, because they are quieter and more importantly, they last longer than brushed motors, with less maintenance. This treadmill is a great size and under 50 pounds, so it's easy to move around or stow out of the way. If you are thinking of using this as an under-desk walking pad, I'm not sure that will work because the front mast has wiring that goes into the motor, and when you fold it down it lays across the belt. So there may not be a way to take that off and use it as just a pad. ... show more

I really love this walking pad. I use it all the time at home even watching TV. You could set up speed via button or remote control and I like remote control within reach, but I have never tried the speed 6.2mph. Nice product and nice style.

The compact treadmill with handlebars design could hold arm weight, so there's a sense of safety initially when using it. Older people would fee easy when doing their walk and you could lean on for support. also there is safety lock, a magnetic shut off that clips to your clothing and turns the unit off if you pull it loose. I have found the treadmill is helping me try harder to reach my losing weight goals. ... show more
