I’ve been going to Pilates classes once a week for almost a year now. Although, I wish I would take more classes, but it’s too pricey and hard find a right schedule. Invested in this reformer so I could do Pilates at home whenever I feel like it. Now, for the price you can’t expect something compared to a $4000 professional reformer. But this definitely gets the job done! It was surprisingly very simple to assemble, only took about 1 hour for the two of us. You can adjust the spring settings, do feet in straps, and adjust the foot bar. It is stable and has all the features you’ll find on a reformer. I love this machine but the slot that the pulley goes into snapped off. Luckily it didn't hit me in the back or my head. I am sad to return it because I got a great workout everytime. I only had it two weeks. 😢 Update: I have been trying to return this because it didn't last but 2 weeks before it broke. I hauled the heavy reformer to UPS but they said they could not return it because they didn't have a box big enough. I've not been able to find a box big enough. I then called a welder. He said it would be $600 to come to my house so I would have to bring it to them which would cost $60. He went on to say that he is not sure if he can weld it because it has a plastic piece on the inside. I went to home depot to see if I could get some welding glue but I was told that the welding glue would only last about 2 weeks. This has been so stressful. I can't return this so I'm just stuck with it and lost my money. Update: Customer service reached out to me and I was very please with how they resolved my issue. ... show more
