I could not return this product. It arrived while I was gone so maybe it was too late to return. It was much heavier than advertised, also was missing bolts & nuts & had several loose bolts & nuts.

This is a freedom provider for elderly and disabled. If you are a man, your wife can even handle to stow into a car's trunk and you are good to go. Not heavy and bulky to whine about considering the movement it provides. I hope you never need one but if you do, than this is the one!
