Ordered this to take on vacation, liked that this one was easy to fold and unfold, no removing batteries," or reassembling each time. It's easy to maneuver inside the house, haven't taken outside yet. Love the dashboard, easy to read, it even talks to you, very user friendly. The basket is sturdy, and love the horn and headlight. The only negative would be: these are mainly used for elderly people and our knees just don't bend as they once did. The body could be a little longer and it would make it so much easier to get our feet placed within the frame. First one we purchased had a tick click on the left rear axle and the company replaced it without any issues. We used on a trip to Disneyland and it lasted all day driving from the parking structure into the park all day and night in the park and back to the parking structure. Excellent. The portability is also excellent. It's a bit heavy to pick up but you can roll it on the little wheels on the back and not have to pick up the whole thing at once. I usually don’t write reviews but had to take the time to write this one. As my ability to move around has increased this guy is going to really help! I took it on vacation, it folded up easily and loaded just as easily and it gave me the ability to use the walking paths around town that could have not used without it. I’ve had my new scooter over a week now and I’m over the moon happy with it. It is so easy to put together and get moving. I had it unpacked and running in 5 minutes. It is quite comfortable to ride on and everything was self explanatory. I haven’t taken it out of my neighborhood yet, but I’m looking forward to taking on a trip with us so I can enjoy sit seeing and shopping now. The scooter runs like a dream, has a front head light and a horn on it, and was fully charged when I got it so I could start using it immediately. I compared my scooter with my friends scooters of the same cost and this one is much more substantial and sturdy. I wanted to love this scooter. It's lightweight and compact. But it is not tall and thicker people friendly. My feet were too big for the foot rest, my knees hit the handle, the seat is small.
