I thought the pills were spoiled by the heat and called up Life Extension. Turns out they have a capsule inside a capsule - and that's why it looked like the probiotic had coagulated. Their listing is rather confusing as it describes the pills as liquid - but then mentions a problem with the powder? Anyway, my very excellent integrative doctor prescribed these in particular, and so I hope they are effective. This was the best and most effective probiotic I have ever taken. I began taking it after surgery to normalize my 'plumbing' (so to speak). It was more effective than anything else I had taken and will be a continuing customer. Thank you for great product

    • Bought to replace Phillips after they changed formulas.
Was a long-time user of Phillips Colon Health probiotic; when they changed the formula, both my spouse and I had issues. I use Life Extension for other supplements, so tried this out and our gut issues quickly returned to normal. We'll stick with this!

    • OLD product--DO NOT PURCHASE
This product is short-dated and is defective. Not eligible for return. VERY disappointed. the outer capsules have lost about half the oil that keeps the inner capsule fresh. When you open the inner capsule, you find that the probiotic powder inside has discolored and is obviously not fresh.
