I loved the material and the directions were easy enough for installment it was just the screws/drywall anchors that were provided that made it difficult in the end. Aside from that it was a wonderful purchase and addition to the room, thank you!

The product overall is nice Be aware it does not light up the entire stand as shown in pictures, it only light up the middle… Most importantly the wall & anchor mounts SUCK.. cheap screws, they snap as you attempt to screw them into the wall… will be going to Lowe’s or Home Depot to purchase sturdier and better quality wall and anchor mounts and maybe (3-4) L- Brackets for underneath to go into a stud for better support.. ... show more

I love the look of this floating shelf. This product would be ideal for wireless components. My stereo, dish box, and DVD player all have wires. The depth of the shelf was not enough to place these on with the wires. Everything was hanging over the front edge. We made it work by adding plywood underneath the components to prevent from falling forward. The other problem were the ugly wires showing. It was not a clean look of what it looks like in the photo of product. I put big plants on the floor underneath shelf to hide most of the wires. After we had it on the wall for 2 months, the plywood totally broke apart and pulled away from the wall leaving parts of it still attached to the wall. This is a great product but suggested for wireless and maybe hold weight of two components...not three. My husband is going to build me a custom shelf that will accommodate for larger sizes and a panel to hide wires. It seems hard to find shelf deeper than This product, well, it's good looking and great concept for a shelf but not strong or deep enough. So it could work for your needs. Mine? I hate instructions that aren’t very clear to how to mount this to the wall. Yeah you have to take measurements of how long it is this and that, there’s no center line that’s easy to read to be able to center it between a tv. Also the hardware is very cheap. A construction screw with a very cheap and unreliable anchor should not be the way to mount such a heavy shelf. I think it should have some kind of different mounting mechanisms to be able to add your anchors and screws and just hang your shelf easily with one person. I had to get some cobra/driller anchors to be able to mount it securely without having to go into a stud. Which I rather recommend but in my case I wanted it center of the tv and I didn’t have any studs in the screw holes. Also maybe consider having the holes where studs should typically be and maybe the construction screws may hold it that way🤷🏽♂️ ... show more
