I bought a tiny bottle of flex glue because they advertise that 1 drop can hold 6000 lbs, I told myself WOW, this has to be the greatest stuff since apple pie, the bottle is 10 grams, 0.35 oz , it has a small brush which makes it better than most super glues, however my Fitbit band tore in half, the whole band weighs approximately 3 oz, I brushed on the super glue on the 2 halves, let it cure for an hour, put my Fitbit back on, when I went to take it off to recharge for the night, the band tore where it was glued, I paid 10.28 for the bottle and it’s no better than the crazy glue they sell at the dollar store, don’t buy the hype, they’re full of bullpucky!at the price I paid it comes to 493.44$ per pound, I do not recommend it! ... show more

I applied the product per the instructions, but it did not work for me. In my particular case, the bottom of my laptop is separating from the body due to the breakdown of the original glue. After cleaning the surface per the directions, applying the product, and applying pressure for at least 45 seconds, Flex Super Glue simply did not hold. The laptop's body is made of a magnesium alloy, so it is possible this is one of those surfaces that this glue does not bond well with. How many super glue products I have bought over the years that sucked! Hundreds! This glue reminds me of the old commercial- A little dab will do it! Not messy and just a stroke of that little brush and it will HOLD! Best ever!
