Description

Gorilla Super Glue Gel is an easy-to-use, thicker and more controlled formula great for multiple surfaces and vertical applications. Developed for long- lasting repairs in an instant, the clear glue dries in 10-45 seconds. This super glue gel is specially formulated to absorb drops and impacts. Super glue, also referred to as cyanoacrylate glue, or CA glue, works on a variety of materials, including plastic, metal, stone, ceramic, paper, rubber and more. In addition to its high-performance formula, we've added an anti-clog cap with a metal pin inside to ensure an airtight seal for maximum reusability. It's Gorilla tough, every time. Versus liquid Gorilla Super Glue Not recommended for use on polyethylene or polypropylene plastic or similar materials. Directions: 1) Protect Work Area From Spills 2) Clean and Dry Surfaces to Be Bonded 3) Prepare Gorilla Super Glue Gel: With cap on bottle, shake product, then turn product upside down and tap on hard surface to shake gel into bottle nozzle. 4) Apply Gorilla Super Glue Gel: Remove cap and apply a small amount of Gorilla Super Glue Gel to one surface. Only one dab per square inch recommended. Set time can vary based on the amount of glue and type of surface glued. Excess glue can cause delayed or failed bond. 5) Secure: Press the two surfaces together for about 10-45 seconds. Note that gaps and uneven surfaces may cause delayed bonding. Wait 24 hours for a full cure. Bottles are labeled by weight, not by volume, and each bottle contains the labeled weight. For high performance and reusability, the glue needs to be protected from moisture. Our bottle, which has the required thickness to keep moisture out, contains the grams of glue as labeled and is flexible enough to allow the glue to flow, making the product easy to use.

Simply the best gel super glue on the market. I’ve used everything, all of them, and the top 2 in my opinion are Krazy Glue brand which seems to only come in smaller size tubes it is ver good, and this gorilla glue gel super glue which is the best and is 100X better than any other super glue on the market as far as I know. For the price of the product considering the quantity it is unbeatable. You have complete control when applying the glue, similar to a silicone based sealer or maybe like really very thick syrup that doesn’t run or drip. And it works on almost anything and is extremely extremely strong. Keep in mind this is a fast action/drying glue very different than regular or other gorilla super/general/wood glues.. The gel consistency makes this easier to use that some of the other cyanoacrylates that I have used. It has worked well for me with several small projects utilizing different materials.

    • This stuff is strong but be aware...

If you're working with small stuff you better have some acetone and cotton rounds handy because this stuff will get on your fingers and everywhere else if you're not extremely careful. Another problem I found, no matter what super strong glue you work with is the first time you use it, the nozzle clogs. There is just no way around it. If you use the nozzle, it will clog and sure enough, even though I followed the directions to tap it before and after, it clogged. I had to use a small metal spike to unclog it but the second time I used it, it clogged again. So here, the trick from this ever happening again: Don't use the nozzle. Get some tooth picks or ice cream sticks or what ever you can find that's disposable, unscrew the top and scoop out what you need, put back any excess and screw the top back on making sure to NOT get any on the inside or outside threads. I was just trying to glue some small magnets on a tablet stand to hold my stylus and it this stuff made a huge mess of everything. Gorilla Glue everywhere. Of course out doesn't help that I have a hard time holding small things, so it's not Gorilla Glue's fault in that. It's just frustrating that the nozzle clogs on every super glue I ever try, making them useless after the first or second use and also making sure you buy more. At least this one had a screw on nozzle, some don't. So my advice to using this and any super glue, don't use the nozzle, ever and make sure you have acetone, cotton rounds and toothpicks close by. ... show more

Update # 2: The weather has gotten cooler and the glue is now back to being a proper gel consistency. It's working great now and I'm able to use it often. I haven't had any further clogging issues, either. Not sure what was going on at first, but the cap seems to seal it well enough now. Update: I managed to make a hole through the dried glue and it is working again. However, it is not really a gel. It's very liquidy. More like a regular super glue. I was only able to use this once, sadly. It worked very well to repair a bowl that had broken. Held it in place almost instantly and haven't had any issues with stability. (to be clear, I am no longer using this bowl for eating - it now holds random household goods) Unfortunately, after the first use, I went to try to use it again a few days later and it had dried out. There is still some liquid at the bottom, but there is a hard layer preventing it from getting out. I could theoretically puncture a hold and get some more out, but that seems like a step I should not have to take after such a short period of time. The product itself is great. The packaging could probably use some reworking to be more airtight. ... show more

Great for fixing toys and dry by the time the tantrum reaches its peak! Just make double sure its dry all the way through before you grab it and spend way too much time googling how to remove super glue. The gel is really nice because its easier to apply
