Description

Gorilla Super Glue Gel is an easy-to-use, thicker and more controlled formula great for multiple surfaces and vertical applications. Developed for long- lasting repairs in an instant, the clear glue dries in 10-45 seconds. This super glue gel is specially formulated to absorb drops and impacts. Super glue, also referred to as cyanoacrylate glue, or CA glue, works on a variety of materials, including plastic, metal, stone, ceramic, paper, rubber and more. In addition to its high-performance formula, we've added an anti-clog cap with a metal pin inside to ensure an airtight seal for maximum reusability. It's Gorilla tough, every time. Versus liquid Gorilla Super Glue Not recommended for use on polyethylene or polypropylene plastic or similar materials. Directions: 1) Protect Work Area From Spills 2) Clean and Dry Surfaces to Be Bonded 3) Prepare Gorilla Super Glue Gel: With cap on bottle, shake product, then turn product upside down and tap on hard surface to shake gel into bottle nozzle. 4) Apply Gorilla Super Glue Gel: Remove cap and apply a small amount of Gorilla Super Glue Gel to one surface. Only one dab per square inch recommended. Set time can vary based on the amount of glue and type of surface glued. Excess glue can cause delayed or failed bond. 5) Secure: Press the two surfaces together for about 10-45 seconds. Note that gaps and uneven surfaces may cause delayed bonding. Wait 24 hours for a full cure. Bottles are labeled by weight, not by volume, and each bottle contains the labeled weight. For high performance and reusability, the glue needs to be protected from moisture. Our bottle, which has the required thickness to keep moisture out, contains the grams of glue as labeled and is flexible enough to allow the glue to flow, making the product easy to use.

So I pretty much purchased this product because my laptop started breaking from the sides, every time I opened and closed the laptop the plastic would start opening and I could tell that if I didn't do something that the issue would only get worse. I wasn't ready to let go of this laptop yet so I went out and got this super glue, I applied it and squeezed it a bit and after about 5 minutes or so of applying pressure I let go and just let it sit and after about 10 or so minutes no more opening from the bottom and I can freely open and close the laptop without fearing the plastic breaking. That wasn't the only thing I used it on though, a while back I purchased these plastic clips for the wires under my desk, these plastic clips had adhesive on them that stuck to the metal frame, only problem was that the adhesive was either not great or the wires I was using were too heavy, gorilla glue to the rescue again. I scratched off the adhesive pad and applied the super glue before putting it on the metal frame of my desk, and now I don't have to worry about the clips falling off along with my wires, such a good product for my use case and so worth the money. -Pros: ---sticks really well ---doesn't take too long to dry up ---clear color doesn't make it an eyesore to look at ---really effective -Cons: ---Only real con I found is that it takes a while to get off your hand (then again it's super glue, should be expected, just be careful when applying.) ... show more

I end up buying this product nearly annually because it works and it works really well... but when I need it the product always seems to be dried out. Not sure if that is a function of the container closure or the dry climate I live in. That said I keep buying it because it works great on nearly every surface I have used it on. So if you can figure out a way to get it to reseal you will love this. ... show more

Update: Seriously, it will glue your fingers to objects. Be very careful where you point the applicator - just had an experience where the piece I was trying to glue on repeatedly stuck firmly to my fingers rather than the object I was gluing it to. I know from experience nail polish remover will get it off. But actually it'd be nice if it had a little tint to it so I could make sure I hadn't accidentally spread it away from the surface to be adhered. Still five stars. :) ********* I don't even bother with other kinds unless I need something with a rubbery consistency like barge cement. Long story short - this product will firmly glue my fingers together which is actually a good thing, because it means that it sticks to just about anything. Earlier this week I broke a wing off a heavy iron dragonfly ornament in the yard. Sure enough, Gorilla glued it back on! I had to prop it up for a while, and then later I used a little two part epoxy to prop up to spot on the bottom just because of where the break was located but it was amazing to me that a thin liquid glue would do such a good job on heavy iron. You need very little of the product to make it stick, too. The container is superior as well - glue not dried up and useless after one use. Come to think I'll buy a couple more tubes just to make sure I don't run out! ... show more

I got surprised by this one thing that I can use this as a liquid and then after use it as a slimy liquid by using a small metal to take it ans apply it where I want and still it works. I was used to the ones you use like one time as liquid and after that it solidifies and useless.
