As parents to a newborn we needed a good chair. This chair is everything we needed for a good price. Was easy to put together, it’s firm, easy to get out of, and comfortable. We like that it rocks, swivels, AND reclines. I can’t see us really using the massage feature, but it is pretty strong/intense for the price, so it could be a good option for someone looking specifically for a massage chair without breaking the bank. The chair does MOSTLY what it says on the tin: It's a chair, it reclines, it swivels. However the massage and heating parts are a solid miss, I would say. I can barely feel the vibration in the back and lumbar, and I can feel it heavily in the legs. The massage pads are somewhat uncomfortable if reclining in the chair on the foot rest, but if you spread your legs you can avoid them. I am pretty sure the heating element is defective. I left the chair with the heating element on for an hour but I didn't feel any radiant heat from the chair. My best guess is that they installed the massage and heating pad backwards in the backrest for my chair.' However, it's quite comfortable to sit in. I am writing this review sitting in the chair. Still better pricing than my local furniture store, and with better features, so I am happy with it. ... show more

This chair is awful! It squeaks when putting the foot rest up the back of the chair does not stay in the 150 angle for reclining and the massagers are uncomfortable for a post partum mother to sit on after having a c section with many complications. Stitching has started popping out of the seems. I would not recommend this chair to anybody else as the quality is not great for the price you pay. ... show more

The color is a little more blue than grey. But the chair is amazing. I love the massage feature , it doesn’t roll and hurt your back it’s more of a vibration . You can not feel the massagers through the material while sitting in chair. Heat works great and it’s the whole chair surface not just the back . Very comfy, I got it to rock my new born and works great . Great buy for the money . Easy assembly . Even sleeps comfy. I’m 5’8 boyfriend 5’9 and we fit perfectly. This chair came in a timely manner, and was very easy to assemble. It is super comfortable. The color is fine. The only complaint I have is that when you are trying to put the foot rest all the way down, it is very difficult. This chair has a pull cord that is tucked in between the armrest and the bottom seat cushion, and you pull that to allow it to recline. There is no assistance to help you close the chair back up into a sitting position in the very end of it is almost impossible to push down. For this reason, I would not buy it again. ... show more

Received this today, much faster than I originally expected. Took all of about 5 minutes to assemble. Seems very comfy, probably not the sturdiest chair ever but it was affordable and came from Amazon in boxes so no complaints. Excellent addition to my basement man cave.
