Never got the locking bolts so I can’t even use this until I either spend more money or return this for a different brand . and I had to use plumbers tape on the barbell for a snug fit

About what I expected for the price. The nut is a bit chintzy and I can see the locking piece breaking easily. But I needed something cheap to get started and this seems to be fine for it.
