This jacket is awesome. Well made, great price and comfy and warm. Spent the week in Berlin at Christmas time and this jacket kept me warm and toasty walking through the city and the Christmas markets in negative degree weather, sleet and rain. I read reviews before purchasing this jacket. I agree the zipper is poor quality but not the worst. I ordered this jacket when it was "on sale" so I think it was worth the price. I was looking for a really long coat for Winter outdoor football games. This coat is exactly what I was hoping. It looks great, the faux fur is super soft, it's nice and warm. The zippers do take a little extra attention to make sure they are lined up properly but once I figured it out, it was fine. The pockets are a little high but I'm short waisted so isn't a problem. Like others said, I would have liked deeper pockets. I normally wear a Medium but I'm also a few lbs up right now so I got a L and it's good bc I have layering room. I tried it on and had a hard time with the zipper. I got it stuck multiple times the first try and it seems like it’ll break pretty easily. Cute tho. The length is mid calf on me and it fits well. The color is as depicted. And it’s warm so far.

This is honestly my favorite coat I’ve EVER HAD. I’m a little obsessed. Its quality-made, stylish AF, keeps me super warm when its freezing out and breathes well when it warms up (Colorado winters y’all)… I love it. Yes, fresh out of the packaging the zippers needed a little help establishing their pathway without snagging on the inside of the coat — But after a little coaxing and a single day of wearing the coat closed, the fabric found its lay and I haven’t had zipper snagging issues at all. Its worth the patience on the first zip. Both the fur alone and the entire hood zip off, and the collar (with and without hood) still puffs up around your neck nicely to block out the cold. The hood also tucks in to the front of the collar with little hidden velcros to make the hood look seamless on the coat — SO WELL CRAFTED! I told you I’m obsessed. I could say so so much more.
