  • Pizza nights have been forever changed
Color: Matte Black
This thing is top tier and has changed the pizza game in my household. I've been making my own sourdough pizza for a couple months now and while it's been good, my standard electric oven tops out at 550f and was not able to push it over the edge to give it that pop it needed to truly wow you. This oven has changed that in an instant. I got it last night and pulled some dough out I'd prepped a couple days before. You can see from the pictures that it went very, very well. One thing I'll make note of, it smokes, a lot. I set it up outdoors because I assumed at 700f that'd be the case, so I didn't have any issues. For anyone in a small apartment or something with low ventilation, you may want to do the same and just be sure to bring it inside after it cools. Otherwise it's perfect, but it. Buy it now! (This is not a paid promotion, but still buy it!) ... show more

  • WOW WOW WOW -Genuine wood fire pizza! This Cuisinart is a PIZZA ROCKSTAR!
Color: Stainless Steel
INCREDIBLE pizza!! I purchased this on a whim for my husband's birthday and it did NOT disappoint! As long as you have a fantastic dough recipe using 00 Flour and semolina on the pizza peel and bottom of dough (so it does not stick to anything), you have the recipe for a genuine and quick woodfire pizza! I use my own recipes but the recipes included are not too bad. The bottom line, this pizza oven works and cooks beautifully. I bake my pizzas for about 5 minutes on the highest temp, then turn it and bake another 2 minutes. You will have to feel it out depending on how you enjoy your pizzas. KEY: must use semolina on the bottom of the dough and on the pizza peel so nothing sticks. DO not submerge your pizza stone but brush off to keep clean once cooled down. We could eat pizza all day. This machine is a ROCKSTAR!! Happy eats!! ... show more

  • Fantastic
Color: Stainless Steel
The negative reviews are from people who do not follow the instructions. You need to turn it on, let it heat up for 30+ minutes before using. Once it's warmed up, we get pizzas done in 5 minutes. Delicious and cooked perfect every time.

  • A great addition to our smaller appliances.
Color: Stainless Steel
Absolutely love this. We have a very nice outdoor bbq set up, so we put it outside in a covered area. We have used it many times and it delivers as promised! We had family over recently and we made 5 pizzas. They all cooked quickly and there was no delay in everyone getting fed. The excitement level was fun….”Whose pizza is next”! My daughter has a very expensive pizza oven and we didn’t see any difference in the final product. ... show more

  • Nice pizza oven
Color: Stainless Steel
This is a very nice oven. It does a very good job of cooking pizza. If you want a crispy crust this is a great way to get it. The high temp that the oven can attain makes a big difference. Plus, you could also use it to bake or cook other foods. My only issue is that it is a bit small. If it had a little more height, it would be amazing for baking rustic bread. That being said it makes great ciabatta bread.. I have even baked brownies in it by removing the pizza stone. The oven is basically a turbo charged convection oven. It come with some recipes in the owner's manual that are very good. ... show more

  • Great pizza oven and tremendous value
Color: Stainless Steel
I have friends with ovens from the two more famous brands of pizza ovens. Either of those other brand ovens is about $1000. Are they better than this one? I don't know; maybe, but I have zero complaints about this one. Are the others 500% better? Absolutely not. Will those ovens last longer than this one? Based on what I've heard from my friends, I doubt it. It seems like they replace their very expensive ovens every year. I don't know how long my Cuisinart will last, but so far it is holding up great. I mostly make New York style pizza using King Arthur Flour's "The Easiest Pizza You'll Ever Make" dough recipe and it comes out fabulous every time. The supplied folding pizza peel works well, but based on some videos I've watched, I think I'll be purchasing a wooden peel, since experts say the unbaked pizza comes off a wooden peel more easily. And here's a trick for scraping baked-on sauce and cheese from your pizza stone: Use a metal paint scraper. I keep one in the kitchen just for that purpose. The inevitable spills will stain the stone (have you ever looked inside a Pizzerias oven?), but the scraper will keep them smooth. ... show more

  • Total junk
Color: Stainless Steel
Oven never gets warm enough to even turn off the TEMP READY light after 45 minutes of preheating.... my toaster oven gets hotter. Of course I threw out the box so now I'm screwed. Don't waste your money.

  • Awesome results!
Color: Stainless Steel
Love this oven. I've been making my own pizza for almost 50 years and this oven makes the best I've had. To newbies making pizza, know that handling uncooked pizza on the peel takes practice. You need to dust it with enough flour (or cornmeal) so the raw dough will slide off of it. You also need to make sure it's still mobile as you add sauce and toppings. Plus, it takes some practice to load the uncooked pizza into the oven - it's a small opening. I put the peel all the way in and let the dough start to slide off once the back of the dough makes contact with the back of the stone. Once it's cooked it's easy to take out. I do 700 degrees for 5 minutes - I like mine scorched a bit. ... show more
