Super convenient straps. Simply wrap around ankle and pull the velcro through the opposite ring and secure. Hook both rings with the cable pulley and get to kicking back. Very sturdy. I've been using them for about 2 months, approx twice a week. So far the Velcro is going strong.

The media could not be loaded. Sturdy, padded, well priced ankle strap for glute kickbacks. I ordered these because I like to do different variations of kickbacks on the cable machine and the attachments that the gym had wrap around your heel and foot also which makes it so you can only do straight back kickbacks. These were reasonably priced. They have thick padding through the entire ankle strap so you don’t feel any discomfort. They are super easy to secure to your ankles.
