Honestly this is decent for a light home workout. There is a lot to like about the completeness of the kit, the ease of setup and take down, and the variety of exercises you can perform. The lat bar is a three piece snap together. It feels a little sketchy over 100lbs. The center section is for tricep extension and it’s fine. The rope pull is the same as any gym. The weight holder seems a little light duty and I don’t use it. I have it mounted on my smith machine and just use the bar on the machine. The cables are a smaller gauge than the gym but hold 180lbs just fine. The pulleys are nylon, smooth and solid. Unless you’re into heavy lifting this a great option for a variety of cable exercises limited only by your imagination in connecting the cables and pulleys. I would buy it again. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I had low expectations for the price point… I was actually shocked. The pulleys and cables are well done and they did not skimp on the metal for the carabiners. The media could not be loaded. I decided to upgrade to this weight pulley system and it has everything I need at great price point. The set included extra clips, extra cable, loading pin instead of cheap strap. The two large pulleys are very smooth with a thick eye bolt for swivel. The kit is sturdy and well-made, though I expect I'll need to retaping the straightbar after a few months of regular use. The pulley is extremely smooth in operation. While I initially hung it from my pull-up bar with the strap, I was getting so much use out of it that I decided to add a hook to my ceiling with some chain to adjust the height as necessary. It's a great kit for arm and shoulder workouts, and it can also be used for cabled ab work, though you'll have to get creative to avoid smacking yourself with the suspended weight. I looked at a lot of kits from various websites, and this one provides the most hardware for the purchase. The weight bar can use both large olympic plates with the larger inner circle when using the foam insert, or I can twist and remove the foam insert to use my smaller sized barbell weights. This Pulley System is great for workout! I have added one more weights into my home gym room. I have been experimenting between the four different modes with the various attachments. A complimentary drawstring backpack is included and I have the option to store everything from this setup into the bag. ... show more

I’m giving this item 5 stars for their customer support. I’ve been using this pulley system for a few months now in my garage gym. I felt limited on exercises with dumbbells until I bit the bullet and purchased a pulley system. Everything was working great until one day I noticed one of the rings to hold the pulley was coming apart due to the weight being lifted. The description states it can load 330 lbs but I didn’t find that to be true. My husband loaded less than 240 (we only have plates up to 260) to do a lat pull down and that’s when I noticed the product bending. I can’t remember the full amount he loaded but it for sure wasn’t all of our plates. I reached out to the seller for a replacement but unfortunately they didn’t have one. HOWEVER the seller was willing to offer a partial refund for the product. Communication was quick and easy and they fulfilled their bargain. I was able to hammer the ring back together and it’s been working fine again, but I don’t lift as heavy as my husband so for now, it’s working great for me. I do feel like I’m slightly limited on range of motion just so to the length of the cables but less of a product issue and more of a height issue with my power rack. All in all I’m still super happy I bought this pulley system and love working out back shoulders tri and some chest exercises with this ... show more
