We purchased these compression boots in December of last year, they are used a couple of times a week for the entire time we have owned with no issue at all. The level of compression is significantly higher than other products we have purchased, and much more comfortable. A couple of weeks ago, the compression pump malfunctioned and stopped working. I reached out to Fit King and received a response from Effi in customer service IMMEDIATLY. After explaining the situation and sending some information, a replacement had arrived within two days!     • Great tool and good price point
After my knee surgery I needed a compression for my leg to promote blood circulation. I tried various machines. There are so many in the market. Some less than $100 and some over $500. Each have their plusses and minuses. I landed on this one. The price is just right and competes well with the expensive ones. The cheaper ones don’t give you proper compression and very expensive ones are just too expensive unnecessarily. This tool quickly became one of my favorite therapy equipment for after biking, skiing, pickleball, and other sport activities. It also helps me with my occasional restless leg syndrome. If you are in the market for one I strongly recommend this. I have done the research and trust my results. Also need to add it is very quiet as some cheaper ones are very noisy. Another benefit is customer service. I needed help with an issue and their customer service is very quick to respond and take care of your issue. Yes a real person will answer and help.     • Best air compression boots for circulation problems
These Fit King boots could not be better. They are absolutely amazing. I have bad circulation and I use these twice a day. I keep it on the circulation mode and the pressure at 90. Tried going to 100 once, but it was too much. Best 20 to 30 minutes of my day. I use them in my recliner, get out a book to read or watch a movie. Daily use in the evenings has almost totally eliminated the swelling in my legs and feet. I can slip my shoes on easily now and wear them in comfort all day. My doctor thinks this was a wise investment.

    • Worked great until it didn't
This thing works exactly as advertised, very comfortable, a ton of relief for the amount of money it costs. The only reason I'm giving it one star is that the compressor/remote control has stopped working after less than a year of use, which is pretty unacceptable given the amount of money the entire unit costs. I've taken excellent care of the unit and would be fine with that amount of life out of the compressor if they sold replacement units separately but they don't. At this point just going to chalk it up to bad manufacturing/quality control. Will definitely be buying a similar product soon just not from these guys. ... show more

I expected the pump to create a greater pressure than it does. It's greater than most compression socks but still not what I expected.
