But if you use it over the shirt you are golden but you do look funny 🤣, other than that I'm glad I bought it. The product seems well made for the price and functions as expected. While the sizing goes to large, it doesn't seem take into account height. At just over 6' this is too short for me and sits too high up. Sizing is accurate. I bought a small for myself (5’2.5” 130lbs) and a large for my boyfriend (6’2”). I have hypnic jerks and grind my teeth when I sleep, so my shoulders tense up overnight, every night. It gets pretty painful. I also have bad posture due to a poor computer set up for work. This is a nice back support & lower back, helps me sit straight up & nicely made but the Velcro is VERY VERY cheap, super thin teeth or grip closure, not sure how long it will last because I have to wear it daily while I drive. I had another one similar to this one and I had to replace the Velcro, lasted 8 months. I will update my review at end of 30 days see or when it starts to wear out.
