Fits well. Looks good. Over all this is a nice alternative to the more expensive sideplates you can buy for the ps5. Really tones down the aesthetic of the ps5 to a more acceptable level while adding a functional vent that does slightly improve the airflow into the console.

These are reasoneably well made, considering the price. The vents are a nice touch and the installation was not too bad. The black look just works, it is what you come to expect from a Sony console. The original stand still works perfectly. Would recommend.

For the price I think it was worth it. It looks like a fresh new PS5. Install seemed a bit harder compared to its original faceplate but nothing too difficult. Another like is this one doesn't have the top ends stick out, it curves with the PS5 for a clean look, the added vents are a huge plus on both sides. The color is more dark matte with a smooth finish & no fingerprints left behind if you're handling it. This new faceplate doesn't have the added Playstation symbol at the corner, no biggie. I keep my vertically and no issues with that either, the stand sits just as it should. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase, I wish they had more color options. ... show more

This did not come with any instructions, but a simple YouTube video will show you the way. And installing these side plates was so much easier than I thought! And it looks good too. No fancy lights, just makes your PS5 look sleek.
