We took a risk in this stand given that there were no reviews yet and we were pleasantly surprised. It took two of us 2 hours to put together. Still need to get a larger tv for it but the stand is a good start. Word to the wise, the drawers are tricky and you will have to kind of shove them in the rails. They're not the smoothest but we also don't plan on going in them much so 4 stars because the stand and fireplace are nice, but the drawers need better slides and preferably soft close. Overall we really like it. Also the fireplace blows both warm and cold air depending on the temp you set which is nice for this hot fl summer. ... show more

I love this TV stand/fireplace. It took several hours to assemble--probably around 5 hours, including the time it took to unpack it. I put it together by myself without too much trouble. At one point you will need a VERY short handled screwdriver, and a VERY long screwdriver to screw in the fireplace insert. All the holes lined up well. The best part is the size of the fireplace insert and how realistic the flames look. Absolutely gorgeous! The size of the fireplace is one of the major reasons why I chose this unit. There are a lot of TV stands that are pretty, but the fireplace is very small. The point of having a fireplace insert is to enjoy the flames. When I tested the heater, it worked great without being overly loud, and put out a lot of heat quickly. I am very happy with this purchase. ... show more
