The first one was dented and not able to be used. The second one came in worse shape than the first. The packaging was in good shape but low and behold we open it up and there's another range hood with dents in it ... only worse. Is it possible that they are coming off the assembly line this way? I measured everything and it fit perfectly. The wires don't have a plug end, but i cut an old computer cable and used wire nuts and it worked just fine.

Iooks good,works good was fairly easy to install,didn't like fact that the wires were just hanging out there so I took the cover off of my old one and drilled some holes and put it on thus one
