The media could not be loaded. This range hood is not only sleek and stylish but also easy to install. The suction power is great once everything is set up correctly. At first, I made a mistake during the installation, and the suction performance was poor. However, after reaching out to the seller, I discovered the issue: the inner diameter of my duct was slightly smaller than the flaps, preventing them from opening fully. The fix was simple—make sure your duct is fully expanded and doesn’t obstruct the flaps. Once I corrected this, the range hood worked perfectly! I’m thoroughly impressed with the product and the seller’s exceptional customer service. They were quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me resolve the issue. The exhaust volume is not up to 450, false advertising. The motor inside is very small, and there is no change except noise when the air volume is turned on at the third gear. I suspect it is a low-quality product from China, using the return rate to make money.

Update to below: The manufacturer contacted me and provided a full refund. So at least they stand by their product. Still only giving it 3 stars as the hood has nowhere near the suction power needed for even basic cooking. But if your cooking doesn't produce much smoke or steam, then it's a good option as it looks really nice when installed with the low profile. Original Review: I should have never ordered this. It arrived fine with no damage to the box, but a few months later when I finally got around to installing it, there was a deep dent in the front of the unit. Had to have happened during manufacturing as there was no way to cause it during shipping. But they still sold it. And by the time I noticed it, it was too late to return. Then on top of that, the suction is terrible. Even at full speed and an open window 5ft away , it barely works. I'll see steam go up and around the unit as if it's not on at all! The ducting does a 90 degree bend and then right outside, so it's not as if there's any real airflow resistance in the exhaust either. While I have no way to measure the air flow, I could measure the motor load. The motor uses 77 watts at full speed. My replacement 450CFM hood uses more then double that at its lowest speed! So don't waist your money and spend a little more for a hood that actually does what it's supposed to, which is vent! ... show more
