I would 10 outta 10 recommend this product. My son is 3 and a half, although this puzzle is a bit challenging. It is entertaining and fun. Great game to do as a family, by themselves or some mommy and me time. I would think this is 3 and over appropriate. The dinosaurs are wooden and sturdy.

I purchased this as a gift for a boy's 2nd birthday. I didn't give it to him because I don't think he's ready for it. It might be safe for a 2-year-old, but it's not at the right skill level. His 4-year-old brother would probably like it.
