I purchased this game for my 3 year old son. He has a similar concept wooden peg toy that he enjoyed, and I thought this expanded on that same concept while also encouraging some fine motor, hand/eye coordination, and patience with the added lights and sounds this game provides. At 3, my son does have difficulty at times keeping up with the pace of the game and can become frustrated. So I'm not sure that I'd recommend to anyone younger, unless they'd just enjoy whacking frogs for the fun without regard for the game (like my 1 year old does when he's around). 🤭 The toy comes with 2 plastic mallets and 2 volume settings. The sound can become a little annoying at times, but I feel that it is appropriate to the type of game. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Cute game. Cute concept. Disappointing for a 3 year old. I ordered it for my 3 old's birthday, but it's a little frustrating for him. The bottom frog doesn't do anything, and he gets a little hung up on it. But the worst part is, if you don't get a high score it says "what a pity" at the end of the round. Kids love it. It's a total blast! My autistic 4 year old pounds the digested bugs out of this thing! He has been doing so since last Christmas and it still works great! UPDATE: Company was great to work with and they replaced the toy. New one works fine. Some have said they don’t like that it says “ what a pity” but my 2 year old grandson thinks that’s really funny and that’s what he calls the game!
