UPDATE: The customer service team reached out and sent me a new one and it is perfect. All the stitching on the bands are very strong. They were very quick and super nice :). Now my baby has his favorite toy back. My son only got to play with it maybe 5 times before the stitching came apart. We got it for him for his birthday so he’s only had it for 2 weeks and it broke.
