The media could not be loaded. Let me just say, I was definitely expecting to receive a chainsaw that was going to encounter quite a few issues when I placed the order for this puppy. I actually ordered a new piston and cylinder to replace the one in it from because of other sources I read/reviewed. I knew what I was going to look for when it came to spotting what might go wrong with this saw. I’m pretty mechanically savvy so I pulled the trigger and deal with the problems as the showed themselves. However, I’ve not encountered a single problem with this saw really! I just got it not long ago and I just followed the break in instructions and man, this thing is a beast! It cut great right out of the box! The chain was a bit oddly sharpened, but it still cut great. I took some time to file it how I like and really show a nice gullet and since then this baby cuts through anything. I just sectioned up an entire downed oak tree that was still plenty green today. Not even a hickup except for running out of gas 3 times lol but it put in an entire days work again, consistently. It’s earning my trust! That being said!!!! There was not a Walbro carb on the one I received, but I think it’s rather a clone of a walbro (Named HLHic??) i don’t know, it’s difficult to tune with the guide tubes that direct your adjustment screwdriver to the carburetor adjustments… remove that and it’s easy pickin’s to tune. Nothing else to fuss about. I’m impressed! What a great saw for the money! Will update with pics and longevity! Thanks for this saw! Sheesh! Update: (October 2, 2024) Okay, I thought things might’ve started to break by this point because I am hard on this saw (and all of the ones I use). BUT, this saw is running better and better! It’s crazy! It’s waaayy past the break in period, and I swear it has a wider torque band feel! I don’t understand! I added a video! This tree is large, I’ll measure it but I’m sure what I cut in the clip is at least 36-40” across at its widest point. This saw didn’t fuss a bit! What a beast! There are bigger trees around where I live and I would love to try out the F660 top end version from this company to see what it’s got. I will definitely give it a look once I get up the money. I’ve ran through MANY gallons (not just tanks, gallons) with this saw, ran it for hours, and the only problem is the air filter getting dirty. And that’s the same with the oem! So, with that, for the price you pay, and the extras you receive, it really doesn’t get any better than this! What a power house!! Update: 10/25/24 Carb started having issues recently, it would lean itself out pretty bad, gassing it would bog it down. I ordered a carb from the dukes, $33 or so. Fixed the problem wonderfully! Threw a 36” bar on it and a skip tooth chain. Ran it through a 43” diam. log. Handled it pretty well! Ps. I would still love that F660! If farmmac sent me one to use, I’d leave a pristine/thorough review and I’d tell people I work with and for about it. I live in the Appalachian area, so there are plenty of trees to cut and plenty of workers I have to tell about these saws! Just saying! Still would recommend this saw to anyone! ... show more

    • Not tuned correctly from seller, won’t run, non returnable
Update: saw will not run, idles for a few seconds dies, runs at full throttle for a few seconds, dies….. no amount of tuning has helped. Amazon says this item is NON RETURNABLE ****************** So overall this saw is fantastic replica of the name brand saw. However Be prepared to tune this thing. Out of the box mine idled fine and seemed to be alright at full throttle but would bog down and die under any load at all. Will adjust carburetor and report back with results. Plenty of YT videos on how to adjust these carbs but you may need to purchase a special tool to do so……. ... show more

    • Did not come with bar or chain
Havent ran it yet due to not coming with the bar or chain o ordered with it. Will update when I am actually able to use it. Pretty disappointing had plans to cut some trees down now i will need to wait.
