This is my second one. Followed all instructions of putting it away in the summer but wasn’t working in the next winter so replaced it and hope for better results this year. Really like the size nd water capacity of tbowl.

Initially this bowl was not working. I even plugged in an old working heated water bowl to the same outlet to verify. We plugged this bowl in to a different outlet and for some reason it now works just fine. I was going to send it back but am now keeping it.
