The media could not be loaded. The color is adorable and it is a lot better quality than what I was expecting. I would have easily paid twice the price of this and been just as pleased. The automatic refill bottle works beautifully and the removable food bowl makes it easy to keep clean. The bottle holds the same amount of water as a single serve 16 oz. bottle of water for reference on capacity. The bubbles from the automatic refill startled my bunny Basil a bit but she was okay after she realized it wasn’t a danger to her. Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Overall a great product! Just be sure to clean the cap daily!

Really easy to use over all! BE SURE TO CLEAN THE CAP with a qtip daily! It can start to develop mold in the cap crevices. Had to remove the metal bowl because my bun like to flip it and fling pellets everywhere but still works!

The water bottle on this picks up a bad smell on the inside after a few days I'm sure it makes the water taste bad too. I've been using it without the water bottle and its fine but I don't recommend buying this unless you're going to clean the bottle daily. I clean mine by putting a bounce paper towel inside amd some warm water and soap and shake it. Just make sure you get all the soap out if you choose to try it this way. Bought this for my bunny and love it! Love the water filling feature. He climbs on it to eat but it does not budge. Love that the silver food tray is removable. Makes it super easy to clean.

The top stays in the bowl when you twistoff the water bottle for refills. You have to pull the piece out to place the bottle back into the holder.
