Thought this would be another cheap kitchen accessory to be thrown out after a few weeks. Was I wrong. Turns out to be easy to use because of the large ergonomic handle, does great for separating hamburger, and rough mashing potatoes. Easy to clean. Super value, going to buy more for relatives.

Farberware meat chopper works perfectly for cooking ground meat: beef, turkey etc. It's so much easier than trying to use a spatula, fork or anything else. This meat chopper separates meat into smaller pieces so you don't have big chunks of meat when it's done cooking. I used to dread cooking ground meat because it was such a chore and took so much energy and time. I'm happy using the Farberware Meat chopper because it made the cooking process quick and effortless.
