After seeing this on a cooking show, I decided to purchase. It works best when the ground beef is about 75% cooked. Otherwise, the raw meat just sticks to it. It works much better to break up the ground beef when it’s more on the done side.

I got this because I don’t like big chunks of hamburger in my tacos and spaghetti sauce. This makes it easy to mince the ground meat into small pieces. It’s much easier to use than a spatula.
