I used the Faiord Pillow right after I received it. I was desperate for some relief. I LOVE this pillow. It’s so comfortable. There’s two different levels for your neck - if you need something a bit higher, that is on one side/edge of the top/sleeping side of the pillow. The other side/edge is a bit lower. For me, personally, I use the lower side. But, I have also slept on the higher side and that is comfortable as well. The fabric is cool and silky and so comfortable. I have, recently, put the pillow in a pillow case because, the gray fabric on the sides snags easily. If you wear anything on your hands or wrists when you sleep, it may snag that fabric. The pillow is just as comfortable and pain-relieving inside a pillow case, as it is by itself. My neck pain is gone. The Faiord Pillow aligns my spine and helps me get a better night sleep and I don’t wake up in pain, anymore. I highly recommend this pillow! ... show more

I wasn't expecting much from the product, I've been disappointed in the past with other vendors . I'm genuinely blown away with how much this pillow has improved my sleep. It's quite firm, which is a little off-putting at first, but it supports in all the right ways. Love this product!

Give your body some time to adjust and you’ll find this pillow is a great alternative if you’re already a neck pillow user. Make sure to orient the pillow correctly before use - it took me 2-3 nights to realize I was laying on it upside down. Otherwise, it’s a solid product at a fair price.

After 45 days it seems to be holding up very well! It’s ergonomic & definitely helps keep your neck supported. After checking other places this seems to be a good average of the price for this quality & brand. I would buy it again.

This pillow never flattens, the different sides are nice. I always use the thinner side though. I'm guessing the thicker side would be better shaped for a man's body type. I'm at the point I can't sleep with out this pillow. It helps keep my neck straight and my shoulders stay comfortable. I feel like it's helped my posture and my sleep immensely. I would definitely suggest getting one. I did buy one for my boy friend and unfortunately he did not like it like I did. He stayed to his regular one. Means I have two now. 😁 ... show more

as really hoping this pillow would help with my husbands snoring and his shoulder pain. He has been using for over two weeks now and the snoring is just as bad and his shoulder and neck pain is worse when he uses it, this was not the right product for him

Takes a few nights to find a sweet spot. But overall it's not a perfect solution for me. It does give me a few hours of pain free sleep. But still need to start swapping out pillows.
