Very unique organic taste. It doesn't mix well with water, so after about a week I used my pill apparatus to make a bunch of size AA capsules. Much more convenient. About .6 grams per capsule, which I take once or twice a day. What difference did it make exactly, you ask? It's difficult to quantify, but overall energy is slightly boosted, and things seem a bit more, erhm, substantial down there. A good feeling, will purchase again. I usually opt for capsules of Fadogia Agrestis and have been taking one form or another for the past 1.5 years. This powdered version is a bit messy (powder plumes will ensue if you open or close the bag too quickly) and tastes...well, like dirt I suppose. I use a plant based greens powder to cover up or mask the taste of this. Perhaps my energy level has improved with use of this version, but it's hard to say for certain.
