I went through two other trees before I found this one. My cat is so large she was pulling the other ones over. I don't want to have to wall mount it, so this one works great on its own! She's 19lbs and she has jumped up on it, climbed it, scratched on it, and it's never even almost ripped. And the caves are very large and so is the bed. I did have to super glue the mouse wand to the tree because it would just fall out, but other than that, it was perfect right out of the box. Very easy to assemble. I'm a girl and I did it. I assembled the tree by myself and it only took roughly an hour. All pieces of parts arrived in good condition. Instructions were very easy to follow! I had a slight issue with the scratch pad at the bottom. If you tighten the screws too much, the pad won’t slide into the slit at the bottom of the base. The media could not be loaded. Well balanced, sturdy, secure, very safe for large cats who think they are trapeze artists! This product is easy to put together, has well designed platforms on both sides for cats to jump or walk up on. Large top bed platform is perfect for large cats and they love the hanging pull toy mouse. Bottom houses are fun for them to hide in and the scratching post is very sturdy and easy for them to use. If you want a STURDY cat tree for you precious cat, this one is PURrrrfect! Henry weighs 14 lbs and he fits the top tier with ease. It took a little bit of time to assemble BUT it was not hard to do. The seller sends a few extra parts as well (screws in such). I did not need them but appreciate that they were given. The price was excellent as well. Took a little time to put together( my hubby & me). Mr Rengo( orange abby) was not impressed at all. Ms. Abigail (Black kitty) Feel head over heels in ❤️. Rengo overcame his fear and now the both totally enjoy this tower. As you can see, they both are pretty chunky, and it's held up, even with both of them sleeping on the top together.
