We purchased 4 of these tarps to extend our time outdoors Within two weeks all except one ripped to shreds. The grommet's held nicely but the plastic shredded Replaced them twice. Returned one It cost me $15 to return a shredded unusable item

My original review on 12/26 was NEGATIVE, since I purchased this product with confidence. It took me many hours to install it onto my back porch exactly as I wanted. However, on Christmas Day 2022 (only 3 months after the initial purchase) the wind in Brooklyn NY was howling and it was very cold. (Mind you it was NOT Tornado strength wind or as cold as Alaska). But, Lo and Behold I opened my back door to see the Tarp split open. Was I angry, yes I was. So much so that I gave them 1 - Star and ripped them apart just like my Tarp. My review subsequently prompted a POSITIVE RESPONSE from the Seller who apologized and vowed to resolve the issue. Therefore, I have upgraded them to 4-Stars for their professional courtesy in making it right for this original unsatisfied customer. Thank you Ezcasch. ... show more

Product seems to be made well. But the seller sent the wrong size. I ordered 4x6 and recieved a 3x3. Will be happy to revise my review if the problem is corrected. Edit: Seller was helpful in fixing the process. It took a few returns but we got the right size in the end. 5 stars for a decent product and good customer service. One of them has several holes. I cannot return it now it’s past the window for returning. I just opened the package today to hang them. They’re beautiful and looks nice. I just wish I opened them early.
