    • Great Little Addition!
This worked seamlessly with my computer for adding programs for which I already had disks. It was easy to use. Simply plug in and load the programs. I really don't understand why some people had problems with this, but it worked great on with my new Windows 11 computer!!!

USB cable is attached which is a good feature. The unit vibrates more than expected but that may be due to the light weight. Coulkd format DVD -R new discs.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATE: The seller read my review below and immediately contacted me. They offered to replace the item or to get a refund. I opted For the refund. They were quick, kind, and helpful. I was excited to receive this. Finally going to upload pics from old CD’s and get rid of the CD’s. Alas, this machine doesn’t even open. My computer doesn’t recognize it. It turns on, sounds like it’s struggling, then turns itself off. I tried all of the troubleshooting suggested by the company, to no avail.
