Waited for these to go on sale. Have used Expert Powers kit before. Installed myself and followed the advise of my RV dealer on sealing screws with Dycor self leveling. RV was solar ready and felt this was a better option at a better price than having the RV dealer do the install with the subpar kit they offer. Fit my purpose perfectly. Besides the noise and heat the Bluetooth doesn't work and will not connect to the app. I understand that the fans would come on to cool the charger periodically but not on almost consistently during the day. Once it hits about 10 o' clock the fans come on and stay on, the controller literally turns into a heater! The fans are not quiet at all, they sound like the bearings are bad from the first day. I now need to find a place under my RV to relocate the charger to get rid of the loud noisy heater! Quality is not that good, if they put in cheap fans the rest of it must be cheap too. Also the one sent wasn't one advertised. I have 15 100 watt panels that produce just over 500 watts at peak sun ( in November) ... show more
