So this product has been really interesting. It has been one week of cycling and it has had its ups and downs. First of all my lovely fiancé put it together and after he got past the overwhelming amount of parts and steps he said it took him about an hour. Not too bad, however he did notice almost immediately that the seat was going to be an issue. This is proving to be common as I have seen others review it for the same issue. He also removed all of the stickers off the bike, yes even the one with the serial number. After reaching out to customer service to try and get a new bike seat, they required the serial number. I decided it was not worth my time to wait for them to get back to me as I saw others had been waiting an extended period of time for their parts to be shipped to them. Instead I purchased the GREAN comfortable bike seat on amazon and it has made it a dream ride. The only other minor glitch is the phone/tablet holder. It is so flimsy I have not even dared place my phone there. Other than those hiccups, I would say this gets the job done. I get on it every morning and have no issue anymore. In cycle videos they talk about what setting to put it on, with no monitor I go by resistance and turn the knob blindly until it feels right. That might not be for everyone and it would be something I would advise against if you need to see the numbers.     • You will probably have to buy a more comfortable seat.
The only thing I am not a fan about is the seat. It needs to be a bit more comfy. But otherwise the assembly was easy the bike and app work really well and I'll be using the app and the Beachbody on demand BODI app for cycle rides also

Like many that have written reviews for this item within the past year. I got this bike due to the pandemic with gyms in my living area closed indefinitely for who knows how much longer. Assembly for the bike is a breeze with well directed instructions and all the necessary tools needed. So far it seems to work well, although the resistance factor does not seem to do anything. But, for me that is not a big deal. Is it as good as a Peloton? the answer is of course no, but for the price it is a pretty good deal ($200) for an indoor bike to do some casual daily exercising with. I want to also mention that I was missing a part when I first received my bike. It was missing the spring knob that holds the seat shaft in place. I emailed customer service, and they did send me the item, although it did take a couple of weeks for it to arrive. ... show more

Bike came with no missing parts. Was very easy assemble and get going. Could use a better seat, and maybe more padding on the handlebars…but overall am satisfied with it and happy.

I had issues with my original order the bike unfortunately broke within the first week. But the customer service was great! Amazon sent me a replacement and the company sent me a reinforced box to send it back and was able to get it picked up from my home with no extra cost. The replacement works great!     • Easy to assemble not so long term
It was a little heavy to get into the apartment but I live alone so I got it into my unit by myself. The instructions recommend you have two people to assemble it but I work on heavy machinery at work anyway so I figured it couldn’t be that hard anyway which it was not. I am a single mom and I work a lot so I don’t always have time to go to the gym which is why I bought this. Like I said it was very easy to put together but the bicycle seat was extremely uncomfortable and before Covid I used to go to a cycling class at the gym and even their seats were much more comfortable. I used this bike a total of five times along with the app the instructions tell you to download to get the best out of your workouts and the pedal unscrewed out of the socket (the part that was already preassembled prior to it being shipped) leaving the bike inoperable. I even had the manager at one of the gyms come by to take a look at it so that maybe she could fix it and there was nothing she could do without charging me to fix it. ... show more
