It works to stay moving while sitting and burn calories without much effort. Good quality, its pretty heavy, easy instructions, not sure what the strap is for but its easy to assemble, also i thought I would be annoyed by the spinning, since I hate white noise, but it is actually very silent, you can not hear it unless you focus on the sound. overall I would recommend, worth the investment. ... show more

It has a mini display on the front which runs on a single AA battery and is quite easy to replace. There is a handy instruction manual for setup and maintenance. The bike runs both forwards and backwards and requires no power to operate. It has a tiny footprint and is quite portable. Excellent bike for all age groups. Provides good mobility exercises for the joints in the arms and legs and is great for rehab work. It comes with 8 resistance levels and it runs quietly on all levels. The media could not be loaded. I got this under desk pedal bike to help me with my New Year’s resolution to be healthier and get more exercise! It is really sturdy and compact. My favorite thing is that it is so smooth & quiet! I can pedal while I work on low resistance or turn the resistance up when I want to get a real work out in. If I commit to using this most days I know I will build much stronger legs and burn some extra calories too. The unit was easy to assemble by following the small pamphlet's instructions. However, when assembled the feet were not flat on the floor. I found that, though difficult, the end caps with the feet could be turned. So they are now flat. Also, one of the small square knockouts for the front stabilizer was not knocked out but was marked. So a hammer and a punch quickly knocked it out. One additional note there is a long black strap and a small black plastic tool included. No instructions on them and haven't figured out what they are for yet. My next step is to try to use the machine. ... show more

It has increased my active time and mobility. Before I used to get up from my chair and used get muscle ache but now nothing. Its so good . Highly recommended. Must have thing.
