This thing is awesome. From a dead stop going over freeway overpass it will go 16mph and if your rolling already it will go 18! If your just cruising around town it goes up to 26mph!!!! Very comfy and has all the upgrades imaginable! I’m a happy customer thank you! Update: not happy with the paint! It turned and ugly orange with silver showing through. It used to be a pretty red. You would think for the price, the paint wouldn’t fade in less than a year but it did 👎 I also had to order a new charger but found it cheap from another seller since the retailers price was ridiculous. A little secret... it’s the same charger used on a printer for your computer. People already pay a lot for these so stop charging crazy amounts for replacement parts!!! Well i like that it goes fast but the brakes suck and u cant change the temperature from c to f. And the clock never keep the right time but overall it ok when it was delivered the guy basicly dropped off in driveway still on pallet and left so glad some one was home to recive it

Do not buy this product. It is very poorly constructed and then you have to deal with very poor customer service by EWHEELS. After my mother used it for two months it stopped working. We had to pay $175 for someone to come and diagnose the problem. He said the batteries were dead. After two months? Then we had to pay another $175 to have them come put in new batteries. After the batteries were installed it was running only very slowly. When we called to talk to the manager Derrick, he said the only thing we can do is pay to have it shipped back to them so they can repair it. The warranty didn't say anything about the customer being responsible for shipping costs, which are very expensive. This company doesn't care that my mother has been without her mobility scooter for months now, and they don't stand behind their product. Save yourself headaches and expenses and purchase a scooter from a better company. ... show more

This scooter is a little on the costly side, however it really is so darn cute. Works like a charm and mom is the talk of the RV park

    • E-WHEELS DOES NOT RESPOND TO CONSUMER COMPLAINTS
Scooter arrived damaged on 3 sides, negligent packing and transit. 2 months later issues not resolveded, E-Wheels does NOT respond. Very poorly run company.

It is the roughest ride possible and feels very flimsy and unsafe. I would not recommend it to anyone . sorry to say so

    • Repairs needed after only 8 hours of use
Product had an issue after only eight hours of use. The parts are under warranty, but not service. After several calls, finally got a service person to come out. Minimal trip charge was $175.
