It came nicely boxed and I pulled it all out. The instructions were nice and clear, did what it said, and waited a day for the ice packs to freeze. Once they froze I dropped them in filled it with water and turned it on!!!! It was easy to turn on has a timer and fan speeds. It also oscillates internally moving the air around. This cooler does a good job of cooling a 1 or 2 person office. It’s not loud and doesn’t take up much space. The frozen water cubes you put in the better it works. It has a swing function on the shutters that makes a breeze feel to the room.
