    • Easy to use and Suncoasts help
Suncoast was great with order, delivery and follow up. I was able to unbox the EV Rider myself and it was ready to go. It’s great in tight spaces and handles great. I was very pleased with Suncoast and their answers to my concerns. Great service!

    • Good for travel but battery life is horrible.
2nd battery impossible to come by. Battery barely last to the gate so what can you do. I’m looking for an alternative.

    • Company doesn’t stand behind their product
The first time I used my new scooter a small disk came off in the airport. I picked it up and replaced it. The battery didn’t last long enough to take to the ship. I had no way to recharge it. Doesn’t last 10 miles that’s a lie. Several days into the cruise my battery cover came off and was never found as did the little black disk. I had to duck tape the battery in so the airlines would put it in the cargo hole. When I called the company they gave me the parts numbers and where I can pay for these items but my new scooter isn’t covered for anything. ... show more
