I love how lightweight it is it's easy for me to transfer from room to room. the battery last a long time and the pickup is amazing. I recently bought this Eureka Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, it is awesome and very easy to use. It is of moderate weight and will not be too tiring for my parents to use occasionally. Its three-stage adjustable suction can easily face different floor usage scenarios, its switch can be switched to normally on or off by pressing it, this is a very operator-friendly design. In addition, its main floor suction head is equipped with a small lighting lamp, which is especially useful in some dark corners, and it has a self-powered roller, even cleaning carpets is effortless. I was ridiculously excited about this purchase. I love how well it works and how handy it is with the enclosed hanger. I haven’t had an issue with anything-suction is great and the battery is fine for our pet-filled house. I can run it 2-3 times without a charge in our ~1200 sf of hard flooring. Cat litter, dog hair, dryer lint-it gets everything. I do wish the edge cleaning was a bit more effective but I haven’t found a vaccum yet that really delivers what it promises for edge cleaning. I am so happy with this vacuum . This will be my second Electrolux my first one lasted 3 years until my son poked a hole in the head tube. I purchased another brand and I just didn't feel like it was cleaning anything so I broke down and got this one and I cant believe how much this got up in the first vacuuming of my living room rug. I have hard wood floors and area rugs. This is just what I remember and now I feel like my house is clean. Lesson learned this is the best vacuum out there. It has a good battery life does my 2 bedroom ranch home in one pass when I'm not cleaning up after a bad vacuum lol. It will take a few times to get the rugs good and clean . ... show more

    • Refused to replace warrantied item
After owning this vacuum a short time, it broke. Contacted Eureka for a replacement as it was within warranty. Eureka confirmed it was within warranty and a new unit would be sent. After multiple emails back and forth and stating a replacement had been shipped, Eureka refused to send a replacement due to the model number no longer being available. When I asked for a comparable model, I was told to contact Amazon for a refund. Worst Customer Service Ever! I still do not have my refund or a new unit. ... show more

Used to have a cordless dyson. It stopped working after about a year and I didn't have a warranty on it. I was so disappointed. They are crazy expensive. This eureka vacuum is so nice. Not a bad price so I decided to try it out. Wow. The sucking is amazing it was picking up stuff my old vacuum hadn't. Especially dust behind things off my wood floors. Easy to use. Pretty lightweight. Gets under chairs etc. Best of all dosent hurt my back to vacuum the house. On the high mode it was sucking the rugs up out of my kitchen. So the pickup power is fantastic.
