I have mobile home awning whose outer ends were very poorly cut so many of the ends stick out further than others with the result that the shorter ones barely lie on the back edge of the gutter. The water then wants to run around the underside of them and the back side of the the gutter instead of dropping into it. I used a lot of smaller strips of this to make continuous water runways coming off the awning strips and curling around and down into the gutter so the water can only go there. I carefully cleaned the awning material and vigorously massaged down the duct tape pieces and so far it is working great. I will have to see how well it holds up yet. ... show more
