Hubby been on these for awhile and as far as he knows, no different than the Centrum he’d been on. The vitamins are marketed as 2 bottles of 220. What he got was 1 bottle of 450. Kudos for the upgrade, but dang bottle of all those pills weighs a lot LOL.
