This was my first time ever making resin dice and they honestly came out great! The resin liquids were high quality and the cast came out crystal clear without the use of any other tools. I did have minimal bubbles in my finished product but that is to be expected when not using additional tools like pressure pots or heat guns. The cups are sturdy and easily cleaned with a baby wipe. The measurements are also easy to see for the very important need of equal parts. I chose not to use the wooden sticks as wood has been known to add more air bubbles (per some dice making Reddit threads) but they are good quality and sturdy for those that do want to use them. The gloves were also great, no tearing or sticking that cheaper gloves may see. The kit came with instructions, which were very easy to follow and super helpful for a first time user like myself. I found that 20ml of each gave me a full 7pc set of dice of standard size with some left over. The entirety of this kit allowed me to make 10 full sets. I probably could have gotten at least one more set if not for a little trial and error on figuring out the right amounts. I could probably also reduce the 20ml to 15ml to squeeze even more out of the bottle. I would definitely recommend this kit to beginners. This product works exactly as advertised. I almost didn't buy it because of the negative reviews, but I am so glad I did. The only complaint I have is that the product was poorly packaged, resulting in all six plastic cups being unusable because they cracked. However, you can use any disposable plastic cup, even without graduations, since the pump allows for perfect metering of product. Simply pump in the same number of squirts from each bottle and you are good to go. I find this to be the best feature of this product. Having to pour from a half gallon bottle would be cumbersome. I am glad I went with this kit. Performance? Exactly as advertised. 40-45 minute working time, 8 hour initial cure (tack free) and 24-72 hour full cure. It worked flawlessly, sands easily and accepts additional coats without fogging like some others I have used. It dries perfectly clear and resists bubbles. I used this on a very demanding project where bubbles are difficult to remove and this stuf worked great. Definitely 2 thumbs up. If you already have pumps, or don't care to get all the extra stuff, this product is available for abut $8 less for just the two bottles of resin/hardener. ... show more

I bought my first kit in the hopes I wouldn't totally botch a job if I tried to do it myself. And I didn't! The mixing is straightforward, and lots of extras are provided in the kit including gloves (which I really should have worn), stir sticks, measuring cups, and more. The pour is easy enough, and it stays liquid plenty long enough to squeegee (also in the kit) evenly across a surface. My favorite part, though, is not having to pop any bubbles! It really is bubble free. While wet, it's unbelievably shiny. Once dry, it stays that way! I have a couple of things I covered some time ago, and the surface still looks like it did when I poured it. It also seems to be holding up to wear and tear very well. This is the fourth kit I've purchased. And when I need another, I'm going to get this again. I'm VERY happy with the product! ... show more

I have gotten 3 orders of this 2 gallon 2 part epoxy resin and it is one of my favorites. I only gave 4 stars because there was a lack of consistency in quality. 1 or the 3 orders did not work well. My environmental conditions and procedures using these products is always the same, so I was able to rule out user error. Of the 2 orders, the product was outstanding- beautiful end results. I did find the need to heat this resin when mixing to avoid bubbles, but I dont mind that small extra step, especially for such a great price. The one order that was off never cured correctly and everytime my products came out sticky and tacky and never fully cured. So far Im thinking that one was just a bad batch. The seller worked with me and was very easy to communicate with. I will purchse again in the future. ... show more

I spend thousands on resin every year. Decided to try this one on a whim. 1. I was impressed it came with pumps at first. This is great if you're pouring a couple tablespoons. Annoying if you're mixing more. I took them out. 2. All resin has bubbles regardless what they say. This one did have fewer than the other brands I've used. 3. Part A is thinner than most so it mixes better with fewer bubbles. It also spreads easier. Be aware if you need it to stay in one place. 4. Odorless is also not a thing, but this one wasn't bad. Very mild and, oddly enough, somewhat pleasant. Weird, I know. 5. Liquid pigments need a little extra mixing, but it does mix in well. Powder pigments mix in quickly and beautifully. 6. Work time is a little longer than most. Got an extra 10-15 minutes out of it and that's a lot of time for resin. 7. Set time is longer. This is good for bubbles, etc. Bad if you are impatient like myself. 8. I haven't used it for a flood coat yet, but just with the handling I've had so far, I feel like a flood coat would do well. 9. A bit of cloudiness. Luckily no yellow tints. Very easy to use…..overall satisfied with this product. I will it were a bit clearer upon completion. And it does take a while to mix…i found longer time to mix well that was recommended on the instructions……to getting the bubbles out and it appearing clear and see thru b4 application.
