Features

  • GETS RID OF THE SMELLY BITS YOU CAN'T SCRUB AWAY: Ozone reacts with odors in the air, water, fabrics, and walls to remove, instead of mask them. Unlike other types of air purifiers, it does not require air passing through the machine to remove odors.
  • COMMON USES: Deodorize cars, boats, dumpsters, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, flood and fire affected areas, as well as any cooking, smoking, pet, "musty", or general odors.
  • EASY OPERATION: Turn the timer knob. Leave the space. When ozone generation is finished, allow an additional 30 minutes for any residual ozone to revert back to breathable air.
  • WARNING: All ozone generators are meant to be operated in unoccupied spaces only. Remove any people, pets, or plants. The space may be re-occupied after 30 minutes of "airing out". Not available for sale in California. EPA Est. No.: 094263-CHN-001

Top Amazon Reviews

  • Recommend this if you want a top quality mid-range ozone generator
Color: Silver - 40,000 mg/h
UPDATE: SUPERIOR PRODUCT! It is still working and doing a great job! I run this machine hard for hours, daily, while I am at work (5-8 hrs) and often throughout the evening. To circumvent the 2-hr timer so the Maxine would run constantly, I removed the timer’s knob, used needle nosed pliers to to turn the timer dial and angled the pliers inside the dial which prevented the timer from turning. Rating changed to 5 stars because of its lasting functionality and durability. My boss had a (Ecoquest) Living Air Classic XL-15 that was amazing. I thought I'd shop for one for personal use in my home to eliminate smoke odors. WOW...then I saw the price of the Living Air XL-15 and it was way more than I was willing to spend. Don't get me wrong, the Living Air XL-15 is worth every penny. It does an amazing job of ridding every single odor from your home, car, basement etc... and it leaves a fresh clean smelling atmosphere.... and I highly recommend it to those who have from $300 - $500+ to spend. I just don't have that kind of money available to spend. So I shopped around. I read the reviews and did my homework on the output levels of negative ions and etc... that make an ozone generator one of quality. Enerzen had high ratings and seemed to fit the bill according to the spec.s I received it and put it to use. I love it! The housing is sturdy. It works well and covers the area it advertises that it does. I placed it in the basement of my three story townhouse. It cleaned the air in the basement, on the first level and extended to the 2nd story also.... of course, its affect was not as strong on the 2nd story which was farthest away from the unit. The solution to that was that, later, I placed the unit on the 1st story of the house to thoroughly hit the 2nd story. One thing I wish I thought about prior to buying was that this has a timer and only allows the machine to run for 2 hours at a time. I didn't want to have to be at home to run the generator. When I borrowed my boss's living air generator, I would turn it on and let it run all day while I was at work. When I arrived home, I would turn it off and crack or open the windows to ventillate the ozone which I am told you should do - - for health reasons you should not sit in the room/area in which you will come into direct contact with the ozone generated air. Because of the timer and the fact I can only run it for two hours at time, I resorted to sitting it in the basement and shutting the door to let it clean that specific area. After two hours I run down and reset the machine for another two hours. I do the same for the 1st and second levels. I run the generator in specific rooms now that are shut off from where I am spending time, which is a slight inconvenience, but other than that I am very happy with the generator and its performance. ... show more

  • Kills odors quickly
Color: Silver - 40,000 mg/h
I bought this in an attempt to get rid of the strong ammonia smell left behind due to cats a tenant had in one of my apartment units. I ran it for only one hour. The results were amazing. I’m still going to replace the carpeting but could not have asked for better results at this bargain price. I’ve rented these in the past for anywhere from $20 to $45 per day. Be sure to follow the instructions and warnings as they can be dangerous if misused. ... show more

  • Outstanding Unit!
Color: Silver - 40,000 mg/h
Situation: old house, lots of smells from the house, add a dog and a lot of plants, you get some lingering odors. The second you turn this unit on, you hear the little hiss of the elements starting and can smell the O3. In a closed room I'll run the unit 15 to 30 minutes, wait at least 30 minutes and only the smell of ozone remains. This will last several days and keeps the odors away better than any air freshener will. In the basement I will run it for 30 minutes to an hour (depending on how long I will be gone) with the doors open between the two rooms we have and keep the plants closed off. The furnace intake is in the area, and pulls the O3 through its ducting, sweet! The heated air is fresh when we return, and the furnace helps dissipate the O3 for our return. The entire house will smell lightning fresh and the odors will stay away for a good week. The unit itself is very well built and sturdy. It has a good quality fan, indicator light that lets you know when it is on and done, easy to see; timer is manual, not digital, and works well and is easy to see where you are setting it. Cord is removable for easy storage and the handle is sturdy for carying from location to location. One of the other advantages of using an Ozone generator is that is does kill and/or drive away insects and other pests. Since using this, centipedes no longer show up in the basement like they had. Spiders, gone for the most part. I try to run this in the basement at least once a week, the air is so much more fresh and the entire house smells clean. About this brand: allow me to give this company another star, they deserve it. DO NOT BUY IMITATIONS! After reading too many articles and reviews from multiple sources, this product by this company came out the clear choice for quality, reliability and customer service. Be Warned, there are other products out there that claim to do what this company's fine product does, avoid them! You get what you pay for, and for the price, this unit, I cannot recommend it enough. Good construction, components, for a quality product. Ozone is safe, and being unstable, breaks down quickly. It destroys the odor causing molecules, not just cover them so they return in a short time. The warmer the air, the quicker it disperses. When the unit is running, close the doors and keep away from the area for at least half an hour after the unit has stopped, 45 min to an hour is better, and the only thing left behind is the smell of ozone. Not safe for plants, cover or move, keep pets and other living critters out of the room, no worries. ... show more
