Simple, easy, only uses 2 AAA batteries. Good brightness on white, red not so much. Light weight, overall more positive than negative. My question is: Why have the white LEDs turn on first and then the red (night vision)? That just messed up your irises and it's going to take a while for them to re-adjust out. This headlamp is just what I wanted, good and cheap. I bought them knowing that the batteries were more expensive than the lamp itself. But with that said the lamp is bright and only one brightness. The red is ok also. I didnt want the kids having to go though a bunch of setting. There is just the 2. They stay on their heads well and cheap enough that if destroyed fast, no problem. ... show more

Extremely lite weight. Battery is good, but the light isn't as bright as I expected it to be. Also can direct the light as well as suggested. Good backup light but not something I would use for direct focus.

The projection/brightness on this headlight is unbelievable. It travels so insanely far and shines incredibly bright. I used these on a camping trip and my headlight ended up being the only light the whole group used. If you’re looking for a very bright light that’s dependable I’d say it’s an easy buy. The second light option being a red light is also helpful when a more eye sensitive option is needed. Great for the price. Cheaply made but I expected that. Good amount of light and super easy to use. Light weight and feels good on the head.
