The media could not be loaded. For my needs this wooden seat wasn’t dark enough, but it seems like a good solid quality wood so I lightly sanded and added some darker stain and a coat of polyurethane so it would better match my vanity cabinets (which I also stained years ago!) so now I’m very happy with this toilet seat and I love the chrome finish for the attachments & that the bumpers are not white (because white plastic looks cheap against dark wood) I notice that the outer lid is definitely thicker and feels more substantial than my old wooden seat so if I needed another one I would definitely repurchase this one. Install is a piece of cake, the fit is perfect and there’s no wobble or movement when sitting down (unlike the piece of junk at my job that slides over a couple inches every single time you sit down 😂- I had no idea that toilet seat quality varied so much in function!) ... show more

I had ordered this seat three years ago and loved it. I wanted a new one and ordered multiple seats and every time the wood seat was broken in multiple places when it arrived. The box the seat in was undamaged. Very disappointing.
