But once I opened it, washed it and put on my bed it's a great size with lots of overhang. Its soft and plush feeling but not so much as down comforter with feathers obviously. This is a very good mixture of light-weight and warm, and in my eyes it fits best when in beginning of winter the temperature isn't very low. It's very light and touches very soft, but after using it for almost one week I can say it provides very nice warmness and comfortness, which means a few degrees lower indoor temperature setting and saving. My kids try it and they all love it. It can be perfectly inserted into our old king-size quilt cover. Haven't washed it but hopefully we don't have to as we treat it as an insert. ... show more

I'm obsessed! Easy to wash in my front load washer and dryer. No loose strings, seems really well made. I'm so impressed with how soft and fluffy it is. I have a queen bed, and bought the king size so it would be oversized for us! Our bedroom is in our basement, and it’s always chillier downstairs than upstairs. The media could not be loaded. Honestly you can never go wrong with a basic sold black color. The comforter is made from a nice material and has a nice feel to it. Very comfortable as it’s sorta light weight but still warm . great for any season year round.

We just redid our bedroom and I just love how this comforter looks on our bed. The gray color of this not only matches our bed frame but the rest of our room and the pillows that we have. We even have sheets that match as well. The fabric on the comforter itself is really soft and while it does keep us warm, it doesn't make us overheated. We do keep our AC on at night and while I get cold at night, this really helps keep me warm throughout the night with out making me sweat. The other thing that is nice about this, is it fits in our washer and dryer. Even with all the washing and drying we've done, the comforter still looks brand new.
