There is no remote. The dial is a little funky and flips between information. However, the tracking is in correct. Example it DOES NOT track the revolutions. At any random time it will advance to the next hundred OR it could drop back a couple hundred. The time seems acccurate or you could just track on your watch or phone. Easy enough to put together, but I used a ratchet instead of the tool included. Little heavier for me and that has more to do with the uneven weight of item. I looked at other Under Desk Elliptical Machines and this one had a good price. It doesn't slip and is very quiet and smoth. Very comfortable for my wife to use who is very short.

I bought this to use at work under my desk, where I am stationary at for most of the 8 to 9 hrs a day. It is wonderful to use this exercise device, especially when my back, legs, and knees are revolting because of not being able to move. It is a wonderful product and I would greatly recommend especially to those that are over the kid stage of life whatever that might be in your mind and body. ... show more
