Does a great job cooking the hot dogs. The bun warmer is basic, but ok. One star off for being awkward to clean, but I think making parts removable for washing would have made the machine much more expensive so it's no big deal.

The little hot dog cooker cooks well, but the. bun warmer plate and grill pivot. on plastic hinges. which after a while turn into what the pictures look like. They're very brittle and that will break And then the grill part. that holds the bun warmer plate. goes to the top. In other words, it comes off. and then you can't get your buns warm. I think I've had this a couple of months I use it all the time. So it's just a bad design. But if you don't want your buns warm. the cooker rollers still work. ... show more

    • Hardest appliance to keep clean that I have ever owned

I tried to clean this cooker after one use and it the rollers had food stuck on so badly that I could not even use it again. No way to remove the rollers to clean, tried to soak with paper towels and then clean, useless. Very poor design and inadequate for any type of cooking.

IN the first 30 days, great, but the plastic dust cover has already broke off. Not made to dismantle and yet it has to be cleaned. Also, the heating element is taking longer. Otherwise, we love hot the hot dogs taste and the bun warmer. Just a little disappointed about this cover. So, now of course it's too late to send back. So, maybe a waste of $$ ... show more

This will grill up to 4 hot dogs at a time and warm 4 buns too. The only issue I have is that my hot dogs were not "round" enough and wouldn't rotate on the grill. I use ballpark beef hot dogs and they come out of the package kind of square. I ended up rolling them first before cooking them. That seemed to fix my issue. The top lid can not be closed when cooking. This is my biggest concerns that someone else who uses it will not keep the lid open and have it melt on the grill. Cleaning wasn't bad. I didn't turn the heat on but left it on so that the rollers still worked and helped me clean it easily. Well worth the money. ... show more
